Message: Chaotic.. set up could be more efficient ( ie. if parents are alone or know sizes with no need for try-on their should be a designated person to handle size request) but very friendly staff.

Message: Lines really long beginning of August. I had an issue with online order but the young lady handling online pickup helped me resolve the issue. I would say the lines moved pretty steady.

Message: Friendly service and precise! You must sign in and wait outside until its your time to be serviced and specify if you need to try on the uniforms or not. Most items are stocked, some orders must be placed and will be ready for pick up within a week.

She was very patient and polite especially since I didn’t have my child with me and we had to guess her size. They had everything in stock which was shocking since I came last minute. Message: With just a week before school started, I was in a frenzy to find any store who carried school skirts for Patrick F. Taylor. Nobody anywhere had them except Schiro's, but this is not why I have given them 5 stars. On the no-state-tax Saturday, I drove from the Westbank to Schiro's, snagging the second to last open parking spot available. The place was abuzz with customers and employees at almost a 1 to 2 ratio; incredible! A lady near the doorway was handing out numbers. We got 9, and they were on 5. A brief moment of dread washed over me as I wondered how long I would be waiting to be serviced. Less than 10 minutes in and a cheery highschool student (one of many trained and hired to help with the back to school rush) assisted us in the sizing and the purchase of 2 uniform skirts. The store was well stocked and the staff was professional and very well organized. They make sure you get the right uniform for your school and the right size for your student.
